Casale il Baronetto is a historic building from the end of the 19th century, conservatively renovated with materials recovered on site. The Casale is in a panoramic position on Piano S. Vincenzo and discovers magnificent views of the Gran Sasso and the Teramo hills.

Attached to the main structure, completely independent Mini Apartments are available, equipped with kitchenette, separate entrances and guarded parking.
Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of a double bedroom, bunk beds room and private bathroom.
Available for our guests there is also an outdoor area for barbecues, a relaxation area and a playground for children and a small swimming pool.
